We offer travel agencies worldwide real-time availability and confirmations of Cuba hotels, Cuba car rental and Cuba domestic flights.

HOW TO BOOK A HOTEL

In provided search box, please enter your search criteria, followed by your IATA number.

If your agency is not IATA, then you will need to enter CTN access code (email us to obtain an access code).

Please follow the instructions provided during the reservation process. After successful online payment by Visa or MasterCard, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the address provided.

HOW TO BOOK A CAR OR A FLIGHT

If you want to book a car or a flight you will first need to provide us with your IATA number by email. This way we can register your agency in our car and flight reservation system (email us to request registration of your IATA number ).

If your agency is not IATA, then you will need to enter CTN access code (email us to obtain an access code).

Please follow the instructions provided during the reservation process. After successful online payment by Visa or MasterCard, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the address provided. For car rental and flight reservations we will also send you a supplier confirmation document (voucher, e-ticket).

COMMISSIONS, DISCOUNTS

Hotels

* When booking under your IATA number, you will receive a 10% commission. Your commission will be paid via Worldwide Payment Systems Network, around the 20th of the month following hotel check-in date.
* When booking under a CTN access code, you will access net (non-commissionable) prices. Shown prices already include your 10% discount.

Car rental

* When booking under your IATA number, you will receive a 10% commission. Your commission will be paid via Worldwide Payment Systems Network, around the 20th of the month following car collection date. Commission applies only to rental price and not to booking fees and/or surcharges.
* When booking under a CTN access code, you will access net (non-commissionable) prices. Shown prices already include your 10% discount. Discount applies only to rental price and not to booking fees and/or surcharges.

Domestic flights

* When booking under your IATA number, you will receive a 5% commission. Your commission will be paid via Worldwide Payment Systems Network, around the 20th of the month following fllight date. Commission applies only to fare basis, and not to airline taxes, booking fees and/or surcharges
* When booking under a CTN access code, you will access net (non-commissionable) prices. Shown prices already include your 5% discount. Discount applies only to fare basis, and not to airline taxes, booking fees and/or surcharges.
* Commissions and discounts apply only to domestic flights provided by Aerocaribbean and Aerogaviota airlines.
