Dear team, Thank you so much for your help in our stay at your hotel from 2/4 to 5/4 2012. We have registered our comments on the site "Debbie" wish i wish i could pass a few pictures on to. i was a bit scared when taking my 3 teenage girls from Scotland to Cuba i.e. Havana and then to Varadero - it was a big step for me. I could not thank you enough for making our stay so good - even when we got to Varadero - my kids wanted to come back to Havana. They loved your hotel and the staff there. Especially Jorge, the bell boys, reception staff and the lovely (they keep saying - hot guy at the door). I hope i can take them there again some time soon. Please can you extent all my thanks you to all the staff at your hotel especially the ones mentioned. I will never forget this holiday and the smiles of my children. Estimado Luis Orlando, Mucho le agradezco su rapidísima gestión... Ha sido muy profesional y amable. Lo voy a tener siempre en cuenta... Yo ya he reservado hoteles con CTN, me atendió una chica, no recuerdo el nombre, pero también una buena atención y rapidez en la gestión. Ustedes tienen actualmente un site muy bueno, y sobre todo que se puede pagar en euros... Los hoteles los tienen ahora para esta temporada (primavera y verano) un poquitín caro en comparación con algunas otras agencias... pero como ya le dije, la confianza y el buen servicio atrae a clientes aunque sea un poquitín más caro. Las ofertas de los autos de CTN son muy buenas, o sea, no las he visto más baratas. El único problemilla es que no tienen muchas ofertas de autos todas las agencias, pero las que tiene contratado son muy buenas, yo creo, que las mejores del mercado.
